Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Availability: We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery Conditions: We package each plant to withstand transit conditions, but please be mindful of weather and seasonal conditions when ordering to ensure the best chance for a healthy arrival.
If your package is delayed, we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking information to know when it is expected to arrive.
Returns and Refund Policy: To maintain the health and quality of our plants, we DO NOT accept returns on any orders. However, we understand that damage can occur during transit and want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Damaged or Dead Plants: If your plant arrives severely damaged or in poor conditions, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the plant and its packaging.
Our team will assess the situation and, if appropriate, will offer a replacement or a refund. Please note that minor imperfections or natural variations in plants are normal and do not qualify as damage.
